Research and Understand User
The most important step in user experience. It is what separates UX design from everything else. I interview/research users to create empathy. It is important to put myself in the users shoes, or I would be making assumptions.
Design and Develop
This is where I will pick up a pencil and begin sketching ideas. From there I will begin creating low fidelity mockups, then on to high fidelity mockups. From there I will move on to development of the product.
Test/Start From Beginning
The process never stops. I will usually run some usability tests and understand the new changes needed. From there we can restart the process from the start and continue to improve the product.
